When you choose to create custom jewelry with us, you're in control every step of the way. Here's how the design process works:

1. Consultation: We'll start by meeting to discuss your vision, style preferences, and any specific ideas you have in mind. During this consultation, we'll also establish a timeline and budget.
2. Design Development: Our experienced designers will then translate your ideas into hand-drawn sketches and/or CAD. These visual representations allow you to see how the final piece will look.
3. Approval:  This is your opportunity to ensure that every detail of the CAD meets your expectations and that the design reflects your vision.
4. Creation: With your approval of the final design, our skilled craftsmen will begin crafting your custom-designed piece of jewelry with the utmost care and precision. Using the finest materials and techniques, we'll bring your vision to life, resulting in a stunning, high-quality piece that you and your family will cherish for years to come.

Crafting custom jewelry is a meticulous process that requires time and attention to detail. The timeline for creating custom jewelry varies depending on several factors, with the initial design phase typically being the most time-consuming. The complexity of the design and the number of revisions can also affect the overall duration.

Custom jewelry, including any deposits are non-refundable. We walk with you through the entire creation process to ensure you will love your one-of-a-kind jewelry.  

We want you to love the jewelry you wear. We offer a 7-day 100% return policy on all estate jewelry from the date of delivery/pickup. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the piece in its original condition along with any certifications and packaging. Once the jewelry is authenticated, you'll receive a refund. Please note that jewelry showing signs of tampering is not eligible for a refund or exchange. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day timeframe. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Within 14 days of delivery/pickup you may exchange your jewelry for a different piece of the same or higher value. No refunds. Once you choose your "exchange" jewelry it's yours to keep. No other exchanges, extensions, or returns are possible. Please keep in mind that return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United States on all orders. 

Yes, we offer express and overnight shipping options for an additional fee. Please contact us before making your purchase to discuss your delivery timeframe and any additional charges. 

All packages are shipped via tracked and insured services to ensure the safety of your items during transit. For packages valued over $500 USD, signature upon delivery is required for added security. 

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We thoroughly check the quality of our estate, and pre-owned pieces during acquisition and processing. Please understand they are unlikely to be in new condition. Estate and pre-owned pieces may show signs of wear including but not limited to scuffed metal, stones may be slightly loose or show signs of wear, and any patina will be left intact as it is often preferred by collectors. 

Gemstone identification will include any detectable treatments, but not all gemstone treatments can be detected while a jewel  is mounted. We do not take jewels out of their settings to weigh or grade them, as such all weights will be an approximate and estimated to the best of our ability while remaining mounted. 

We take pride in listing our carefully curated estate jewelry, but please keep in mind that everything we sell is sold as is. We endeavor to list any significant imperfections but understand we might miss something you consider to be important. We are happy to help you find the perfect piece and welcome all questions regarding a piece prior to purchase to help ensure your satisfaction.
